As a Business Development Representative at MLabs AI, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base within the finance industry. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales of our tech products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and close new business opportunities within the finance industry, including insurance companies, retail and investment banks, payment companies, hedge funds, and asset managers.
- Product Knowledge: Utilise your understanding of tech products and their applications in the finance industry to effectively communicate the value of MLabs AI's offerings to potential clients.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, presenting MLabs AI as a trusted partner.
- Process Adherence: Follow established sales processes and maintain organized records using a CRM system.
- Communication: Deliver clear, persuasive, and concise communications to clients and internal teams.
- Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking skills to address client needs and solve problems effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within the finance industry, particularly in tech products.
- Strong understanding of the finance industry, including insurance, banking, payment systems, hedge funds, and asset management.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to follow processes and use CRM systems effectively.
- A proactive, go-getter attitude with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems on the go.
