They are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in South Africa who understands the fast-paced nature of agency sales and can confidently engage with business owners, marketing leaders, and eCommerce brands.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SDR with a strong background in outbound sales within a marketing agency or eCommerce environment. This is a high-performance sales role focused on lead generation, outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and pipeline development.
This is a hard requirement role — candidates must have prior sales experience working in a marketing agency or eCommerce-related business environment.
The ideal candidate is commercially driven, confident in client-facing conversations, and experienced using outbound channels such as cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting activities.
Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement campaigns.
Identify and engage decision-makers within eCommerce brands and online businesses.
Book high-quality meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking.
Research target accounts and personalize outreach strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to improve campaign performance.
Consistently meet and exceed KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline generation.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients and nurture opportunities effectively. Requirements
Must be based in South Africa.
Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales representative.
Mandatory: Previous sales experience within a marketing agency or eCommerce environment.
Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation experience.
Confident cold caller with excellent objection-handling skills.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar tools.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Stable internet connection and suitable remote work setup. Preferred Experience
Experience selling digital marketing services, paid media, SEO, or growth solutions.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon ecosystems.
