Your Responsibilities:
Spot and engage potential accounts within our ICP and turn them into qualified opportunities
Reach out through ABM-driven campaigns, email, LinkedIn, and other channels with our proven ICP & tech stack
Identify key decision-makers, spark their interest, and build relationships
Nurture leads until they're ready to explore Matrix42 solutions
Keep our CRM data sharp and actionable, helping the whole team work smarter
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Executives, and Pre-Sales – you'll be part of a high-energy, supportive sales team in Sweden
Do both inbound and outbound activities with focus on outbound to generate new logo opportunities
Team operates in the Swedish, Danish and Norwegian markets

Must-haves to succeed in this role:
Proven hands-on experience in business development and prospecting tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, MS Office, etc.)
Strong and confident communication skills — both written and spoken — with the resilience to turn "no" into "yes"
A solid academic background
Fluency in both Swedish and English
First experience in using AI at work
