We are seeking an ambitious and talented young professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist in the digital industry. Identify and assess market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to uncover untapped business opportunities
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand our business network and enhance collaboration opportunities
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless implementation of business strategies
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target customer segments and devise targeted marketing campaigns
Lead negotiations and facilitate the closing of business deals, including contracts, partnerships, and licensing agreements
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in business development or sales roles within the digital industry
In-depth understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends, with a passion for staying updated on industry advancements
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with clients and partners

Proficiency in ChatGPT and similar generative AI tools
Proficiency in Polish language for effective communication
MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous
