As our work continues to expand globally, we are looking to build a network of talented professionals (experienced consultants, specialists, and independent contractors) to join our contractor/consultant pool and support fundraising, partnership development, and business development operations.
Scope of Work
We are interested in connecting with professionals who bring expertise in one or more of the areas below and are available for project-based, part-time, retainer, or ongoing engagements. Consultants may support one or multiple functions.
Reviewing conference/event attendance lists
Reviewing internal or inbound lead submissions to assess alignment
Lead generation and prospect identification through desk research and network activation
Partnership outreach and relationship support
Funder research and landscape mapping
Strategic introduction facilitation
Pipeline development and management
Opportunity identification and qualification
Concept note development
One-pager writing
Proposal drafting and editing
Budget narrative development
Full proposal submission support
Opportunity assessment and positioning
CRM administration and optimization, including regular updates, data management and data hygiene
Workflow automation
Dashboard and reporting creation
Pipeline analytics

Engagement Structure
Consultants may be engaged on a project, retainer, hourly, or fixed-fee basis, depending on organizational priorities and business needs. Joining the contractor pool does not guarantee an engagement but provides an opportunity to be considered for future consulting opportunities as they arise.
