Role Overview
The Business Operations Analyst plays a key role in enabling the day-to-day operations of WWT’s Management Consulting team. In this role, you’ll support a broad range of operational functions, ensuring the team runs efficiently and consistently. The Business Operations Analyst works closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
What You Will Do
Supports recruiting operations by coordinating with internal stakeholders and teams, manages the setup and administration of performance management cycles, facilitates smooth onboarding of new employees, supports the planning and execution of events, and supports internal communications.

Requirements
1-3 years of experience in business administration or a related field
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to execute defined operational tasks independently
