How you'll make an impact:
Ensure consistent usage and interpretation of data across SAP, MES, and digital sales systems.
Identify and resolve inconsistencies between system behavior, data structures, and business processes.
Harmonize end-to-end processes across domains such as Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Plan-to-Deliver (P2D).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP, integration, manufacturing, and sales experts.
Validate master data usage in real business scenarios (e.g. BOMs, routings, pricing, customer structures).
Support global standardization by reducing deviations and enforcing consistent process logic.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Master Data organization.
Analyze process flows and identify opportunities for simplification and improvement.
Develop documentation, guidelines, and best practices for cross-system alignment.
Your background
Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP or integrated system environments (ERP, MES, or digital platforms).
Strong understanding of end-to-end processes such as Q2C, P2D, and S2P.
Hands-on experience with SAP modules (e.g. MM, SD, PP).
Good understanding of data modeling and master data concepts.
Ability to analyze complex system interactions and identify inconsistencies.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment. Good command of Polish and English for international communication.
Experience in transformation, harmonization, or integration projects is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a multinational environment, with good MS Office skills and a valid Category B driving license. Willingness to travel up to 20-30%.
