Business Process Consultant will act as a trusted partner to our customers on their business transformation journey to S/4HANA On-Premise and Cloud. The role requires deep understanding of the SAP functional area of Professional Services, common industry practices and a service-oriented attitude that translates to success for everyone. Essential Functions

  • Apply SAP Best Practices and best use of implementation tools to ensure successful customer business transformation to S/4HANA On-Premise and Cloud
  • Work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, document and validate requirements for changes to business processes
  • Design, configure, implement, test, train and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals
  • Develop business process documents and other necessary documents as per project requirements
  • A team player to a strategically distributed global team. Some team members may be located offshore

Essential Functions (Continued)

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in a related field
  • 5 – 8 years’ experience in SAP PP with exposure to SAP PS
  • Expert in Demand Management, Material Requirements Planning, Advanced Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Demand-Driven Replenishment, Production Orders and integrated process with SAP Project Systems. Able to drive workshops and requirements gathering sessions for the above processes and perform system configuration accordingly
  • Able to propose recommendations and guide customers in building and managing master data for Production Planning and Project Systems. (i.e. Material Bill of Material (BOM), Work Centers, Task Lists, Advanced Bill of Material Functions, Advanced Routing Functions, Work Breakdown Structures, Activities and Network, etc)
  • Experience in S4 HANA Cloud and Quality Management is an added advantage
  • Familiar with industry standard and propose relevant reports to customers
  • Willing to learn, adapt and passionate in advocating SAP Best Practices to customers
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable

Desired Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant area or equivalent
  • Min 5-8 years’ experience in SAP Professional Services
  • Experience in implementing the following:
  • Design, configure and setup service organisation, activity type, service cost level, role, skill, cost rate, expense, price.
  • Process expert in Customer Project Management, Internal Project Management, Resource Management, Timesheet Management, Service/Material Procurement, Billing and Invoicing.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in various project contract types (Time & Expense, Fixed Price, Periodic Service), Project Forecasting, Project Revenue Recognition and Project Reporting
  • Document Output: output types, output determination, form templates
  • Ability to use data migration cockpit for data migration
