Business/System Analyst

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Business/System Analyst to take on the responsibility of analyzing and improving our internal tools used by various operational teams. The primary task involves immersing oneself in all user scenarios of the platform, identifying pain points, process inefficiencies, and proposing and delivering enhancements to optimize processes.

Key Tasks:

• Immerse in all user scenarios of the interface, identifying pain points and potential improvements.
• Draft technical specification for development of necessary features.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement proposed enhancements.
• Test and verify the effectiveness of implemented changes.
• Provide documentation for new and modified processes.
• Assist platform users with the launch of new products.
• Conduct analysis of existing processes and identify bottlenecks.
• Develop hypotheses and proposals for interface and process improvements.

Requirements

• Ability to analyze and describe business processes and technical requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Understanding of programming concepts to facilitate effective communication with the development team.
• Strong problem solving solving skills, ability to operate efficiently in uncertainty
• Proficiency in tools for data analysis and process modeling (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Jira).
• Bachelor or higher degree in exact sciences or engineering

Plus:

• Knowledge or understanding of basic principles of user interface design.
• Experience or understanding of CRM interfaces and processes.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of SQL for working with databases.
