In this role, you will work as part of the IT Planning & Engagement team under the direction of the Director of Business Systems Analysts. A self-motivated individual with exceptional communication, teamwork and an ability and desire to assist in fostering a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment is critical to the success of this role. As part of this team, you will have an opportunity to work in an agile team environment and will gain skills to support across teams in the IT Planning & Engagement organization. An ideal candidate is someone who can leverage strong technical skills and business knowledge to contribute to the team. They must be a self-starter, have an inquisitive nature, and possess a strong aptitude to pick up new skills and knowledge through research, perseverance, and training. They must be adaptable to an ever-changing environment, as well as being able to think outside the box to provide innovative solutions. They will play a significant role on the IT teams they are part of by understanding business requests and refining them into technical requirements for development, as well as developing test cases and performing testing. This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, while maintaining a sense of urgency to meet individual and team deadlines and goals. This person should show an inquisitive nature, seek improvements, and demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail.
