Job Description

The Opportunity: This individual will be responsible for proactively managing and developing our relationship with clients engaged with ACA for distribution-related services provided by our broker-dealers. This individual will also identify and nurture sales opportunities for ACA’s additional products/services. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the industry, market, and the competitive landscape within this product/service. Candidate will serve as point of escalation for client’s needs and manage relationship in collaboration with business unit and other internal/external constituencies.

What you’ll do:

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and a clear understanding of the products and services.
  • Proactively partner with the Account Executives to foster and maintain strong relationships.
  • Initiate regular check-ins as required by standard operating procedures.
  • Identify and address client issues or concerns effectively, coordinating with internal team to provide timely resolutions.
  • Work to manage client contracts and identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that align with the client’s needs.
  • Gather and provide client feedback to share with the product specialist team to improve the product/service.
  • Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitors to identify opportunities or threats.

To Qualify for the role, you will have:

  • Master’s and/or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in client success, account management or a related role
  • Securities license not required but welcomed.

  • Client presentation experience to manage escalations, projects and support cross/upsell.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead change initiatives.
  • Results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
