As a C# Developer Intern at FutureSight, you will collaborate with our studio team on various projects for our clients and new startup initiatives. We are seeking an intern who embodies a proactive "Let's roll up our sleeves and get it done" attitude, demonstrating energy, passion, and a proactive approach at every level. Strong engagement and communication skills are fundamental for this role.
Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain web and desktop applications using C# and the .NET framework
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, and deployment
Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues to improve application performance and reliability
Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Support the integration of third-party APIs and services into existing applications
Help prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals
Participate in team meetings and provide valuable input and feedback
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the adoption of best practices
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and proficiency in C#
Experience with the .NET framework, including ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React
Knowledge of database management systems, particularly SQL Server
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in ChatGPT and similar generative AI tools
Proficiency in Polish language for communication
Familiarity with .NET framework and .NET Core
Knowledge of SQL and database management systems like SQL Server
Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
Experience with version control systems like Git
