We are actively seeking a Captain to perform towing manoeuvres on tugs, manage a crew and ensure vessel maintenance management. He will be required to work in the Port of Kingston, Jamaica.

YOUR TALENTS WILL BE USED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING CHALLENGES:
Operate vessels in accordance with the company's practices and those recognized in the industry.
Manage a crew and promote the company’s health and safety program.
Oversee the implementation of the company’s maintenance program.
Ensure sound management of the equipment under his responsibility.
Participate and support the activities of the Health, Safety and Environment Management System.
OUR IDEAL COLLEAGUE HAS:
Master 500 Gross Tonnage, Domestic certificate (minimum requirement)
Valid medical certificate
Marine Advanced First Aid training certificate
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a Tug Captain
Experience on a Z-Drive vessel
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Work experience in the Port of Kingston (an asset)
