Your Impact On Our Mission:

Our Care Team Support Associate will work remotely for 20-25 hours per week supporting our team of nurses and as they provide preventative health coaching to patients nationwide. They will be an energetic, empathetic, and compassionate addition to our team. They will work closely with members of our operations team as well as our software development team to improve outcomes, provide internal support, and play a role in product design and feature implementation.

Your day to day is…

  • Addressing questions and concerns via Intercom from our community of remote nurses nationwide
  • Managing and improving our knowledge-base as needed to provide continual self-service support to our Care Team
  • Assisting in maximizing nurse and patient satisfaction
  • Working cross-functionally to help provide input on software changes and improvement
  • Assisting with other business tasks as needed (e.g: training, performance management, etc.)

Requirements

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Passion for improving healthcare and having an impact!
  • A love of technology and an above-average level of technical proficiency
  • A thirst for knowledge and fascination in acquiring new skills
  • Professional but friendly and compassionate communication style while calling, messaging, and emailing with our clinical and non-clinical team
  • Empathy for both patients and clinicians
  • Values action over words and proposing solutions over voicing concerns
  • Fluent/Native English is a must (fluent in Spanish is a bonus)

Education and Experience:

  • 0-3+ years experience, preferably in healthcare (non-healthcare experience also considered)
  • Experience in a hyper growth start-up environment
  • 1+ years experience in a support role (remote is preferred)


Technology Requirements:

  • Computer Processor:
    • Apple Silicon: M1 (minimum), M1 Pro, M1 Max, or newer (recommended).
    • Intel: Core i5 (minimum), i7 or higher (recommended).
    • AMD: Ryzen 5 (minimum), Ryzen 7 or higher (recommended).
  • RAM:
    • 8GB (minimum), 16GB or more (recommended).
  • Network Connection:
    • Fast and stable internet with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

Benefits

Compensation:

$20 per hour. This is a 1099 contract position with no end date. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and insurance.
