We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a CBC Agent. This role combines data entry, research, customer interaction, and driving duties. The ideal candidate will manage PrintScan operations, conduct fingerprint and background checks, verify data, and transport materials to and from USPS/FedEx locations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee PrintScan system, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and manage and organize files on the PrintScan server
- Process fingerprinting tasks and state-specific background checks (with a focus on Pennsylvania)
- Verify and enrich data provided to our client by third-party entities using online databases
- Manage tasks, communicate effectively, and provide training
- Review and complete enrichment tasks as defined by the client
- Perform data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow-up with state boards
- Manage inbound or outbound calls as needed, providing professional customer service
- Drive and transport materials to and from USPS/FedEx locations
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of fingerprinting and background check processes.
- Willing to perform tasks involving travel to USPS/FedEx locations.
- Willing to work on both, voice and non-voice processes.
- Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes
