Your responsibilities
- You plan & implement a target group-oriented marketing strategy
- You design & coordinate cross-media campaigns (social media, newsletters, mailings)
- You release both German and English content & give them the finishing touches if necessary
- You analyze our formats based on KPIs in order to further develop them in a performance-oriented manner
- You take over the disciplinary and technical leadership of all team members in marketing & work closely with our CEO
- You are responsible for budget planning & control for all advertising measures in your area
- You manage & control our Facebook and Google agencies in performance marketing
- You lead a more customer-targeted marketing with the help of Klaviyo
- You lead a team of 3 creators
- You know how to create targeted content for social media that increases our sales
- You have contacts & and have built up a network and know how to enter into profitable collaborations with influencers
Requirements

- You’ll be degree educated and have demonstrable experience in brand-building, sales and/or marketing roles,
- Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage and coach a team to achieve business objectives will be part of your repertoire,
- You’ve got superb project management skills and know how to mobilise efforts to launch successful initiatives,
- You’ll be a natural communicator, adept at building relationships and influencing outcomes at all levels, both inside and outside our organisation,
- You’ll be able to prove you love data, with experience of capturing and analysing it, and using it to come up with actionable insights,
