Freedx is a newly established cryptocurrency exchange focused on building a scalable, compliant, and liquidity driven trading platform. The Chief of Staff operates as the CEO's extension across Freedx, owning execution on cross-functional priorities and providing analytical, operational, and strategic support.
Requirements
5+ years in top-tier management consulting (MBB or equivalent) strongly preferred
investment banking, corporate strategy, or prior chief of staff experience also considered
MBA preferred from a top-tier programme
Russian-speaking required; English fluency essential
Advanced financial modelling and Excel proficiency
Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
Track record of managing complex cross-functional programmes from concept to delivery Benefits
