Jungle Scout is launching a Professional Services department.

As we continue to grow, we’re excited to expand our collaborative, customer-focused Professional Services team with the addition of a Client Insights Manager.

This role will support both Sales & Customer Success. The goal of this role is to increase ARR via net new ACV and increase the Renewal Rate of the existing customer base.

Location: We’re a remote-first company and looking to hire this person anywhere between the PST - EST timezone across the US and Canada (excluding Quebec).
To note: Although we are a remote-first company & this role is being hired for remotely, there will be travel required with this role (approximately 1-2 times a quarter).

Day in the Life of a Client Insights Manager:

  • Insight Presenter: You present customized insights to customers both in person and virtually.
  • Team Collaborator: You collaborate closely with sales, data analysts, engineers, and customer success teams to meet the needs of our professional services clients.
  • Deliverable Creator: You create tailored deliverables based on customer requirements and business goals.
  • Data Analyst: You analyze data and develop executive-level presentations for live customer engagements.
  • Amazon Expert: You act as an expert in Amazon Growth, Amazon Advertising, Market Intelligence, and more.
  • Innovator: You innovate new ways to address customer needs through professional services.

  • Technical Expertise: You have expertise with APIs, Data Cloud, Snowflake, and related technologies.

  • Data Master: You are experienced in manipulating data, generating insights, and communicating findings to an executive audience.

  • Service Organization Experience: You have worked in the services organization of a data-driven company.
  • Industry Expertise: You possess expertise in areas like Amazon, advertising, e-commerce, or Walmart.

  • Relationship Builder: You enjoy building long-lasting customer relationships.
