A such, we are currently recruiting for a Client Success Manager to join our existing team to help manage a broad range of client, partnership, and insurer contracts who utilise HealthHero for Private GP services and/or Mental Health services.
This position is based remotely but with requirement to visit clients nationally when required (though many meetings now managed remotely) and attend head office meetings, at least once a month in Bracknell, Berkshire.
Requirements
- Successfully manage your customer accounts needs, working with stakeholders in your team and across the wider business, such as service delivery, product, compliance, business analysts and data experts.
- Accountable for delivering your objectives, with the relevant KPI’s in place.
- Being able to clearly and concisely articulate your customers' requirements/position and what your recommendation is for the business response.
- Understand both the traditional EAP market, holistic mental health and wider holistic HealthHero strategy.
- Work with the support team to ensure all client records are kept up to date and all key dates are diarised including contract renewals, process start dates, review meetings, prep deadlines etc and all customer deliverables are suitably prepped.
- Ensure your line manager is kept abreast of pertinent information relating to your customers.
- Support mentorship of Client Services Account Managers (your number two), in their development and planning delivery.
- Understand the virtual GP market, different sectors, and the needs of your customers
- Understand digital products and how customers can embed them in their front-end
- Identify commercial opportunities and hit KPIs for revenue growth
- Present upsell opportunities to customers
- Work with the Sales and Bid teams on pre-sales opportunities
- Own and regularly maintain customer relationships from post-sales handover onward
- Work with customers to develop their proposition and work with Product and Dev teams to bring those projects to life
About You
- Microsoft Office software experience including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.
- Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
- Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
- At least five years experience working within the private health sector in terms of supporting delivery of mental health and/or private GP services.
- Experience of delivering growth within a similar environment.
- Will have a proven track record of working to key performance indicators (KPIs).
