The Role: Clinical Associate
This role focuses on supporting digital health solutions, empowering members, and driving better health outcomes. You will collaborate with clinical teams and coaches to ensure high-quality care, innovation, and exceptional service delivery across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Educate and support coaches on health indicators and chronic condition monitoring
Serve as a key contact for coaches and members, ensuring engagement and motivation
Monitor onboarding and usage of digital health platforms, including coaching, education, and telehealth
Track member engagement, flag challenges, and support continuous quality improvement
Assist in developing health education content, workshops, and materials
Coordinate rosters, performance reviews, and data reporting processes
About You
2+ years experience in healthcare, public health, or digital health
Strong communication and organizational skills
Data-driven, solutions-oriented, and adaptable
Empathetic, collaborative, and committed to service excellence
Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
