Your Opportunity:
The Clinical Decisions Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of EBSCO’s Clinical Decisions products in healthcare settings, which include but are not limited to, hospitals, health systems, and medical schools. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that the CD products are effectively and efficiently integrated into existing clinical workflows and processes, maximizing value, and improving outcomes. This includes integration with Electronic Health Record systems, Single Sign-on, clinical portals, Infobutton, and more.
This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories)
What You’ll Do (Primary Responsibilities):
- Collaborating with EBSCO Clinical Decisions customers and healthcare providers to understand their clinical decision-making needs and requirements.
- Connecting and fostering relationships with clinical sponsors and key decision makers
- Coordinating with external partners to ensure that the products meet the needs of the customer organization.
- Developing and implementing a project plan for the successful deployment of the clinical decision support product. Seeing the project through to the defined end point and ensuring all deliverables have been met and documented.
- Coordinating with IT teams to ensure that the system is properly configured and integrated with existing systems, including EHR integration, toolbar links, IDP via SAML and SMART on FHIR SSO, HL7 Infobutton & Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Monitoring system performance and resolving any issues or challenges that arise and escalating issues internally to provide additional assistance as needed.
- Driving product usage by providing onsite and virtual training and support to superusers, admins and end-users on how to effectively use the system.
- Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators to evaluate the success of the implementation.
- Maintaining strong relationships with EBSCO, customer, and industry contacts to identify appropriate offerings and support for customers.
- Providing input to internally improve processes and from the market for product development and marketing purposes.

About You:
- A strong background in healthcare IT, project management, and clinical decision support systems
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, information technology, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- This is a fully remote role and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time or as needed to support implementation projects at various locations is required

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project objectives

- Certification in project management (eg PMP)
Our Offer to You:
Target Annual Compensation Range: $73,000 - $104,285.
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location.
