    Role Overview

    Lyra Health is seeking a licensed psychologist with exceptional clinical expertise to develop client-facing materials that teach evidence-based mental health skills. The role is centered on the development, management, and innovation of Lyra's digital self-care/prevention offering.

    What You Will Do

    Develop high-impact self-care resources, create customized content for key populations, contribute to member outreach, support AI tool development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Requirements

    • PsyD, PhD in Clinical or Counseling psychology

    • Fully licensed psychologist with 2+ years of primarily full-time direct clinical experience post-licensure

    • Excellent writing skills with demonstrated writing/content development experience

    • Excellent training in and experience delivering evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, MBCT, MBSR, CBT, DBT, IPT, EFT)

    • Ability to apply experience with case conceptualization, treatment planning, and curriculum development to wellness programming

    • Training and experience teaching skills groups directly to clients (DBT, CBT, MBSR)

    • Experience as a mindfulness trainer/practitioner is preferred

    • Experience providing evidence-based care for parents, adolescents, and/or children is preferred

    • Strong training in and experience providing culturally responsive care is preferred

    • Experience in mental health promotion/prevention interventions is a plus Benefits
