Role Overview
Manage and supervise Loan Officers and Administrative Assistants, train Junior Loan Officers, and assist in departmental reports. Develop improved methods of operation to enhance profitability and efficiency.

Perform annual performance appraisals, make calls on accounts and prospects, set and manage team goals, and prioritize assignments.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years related commercial loans experience
Bachelors Degree preferred
10+ years related commercial loans experience preferred
