SUMMARY:
We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our guests.
You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a - 5p
(Travel is required, every couple of weeks you will be gone for a few days to Minneapolis and Chicago)

Compensation: $55k to $60k base salary(DOE), plus bonus & retention commissions (24k - 36k+) plus fuel card.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate as a lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Identify SOW opportunities within territory with existing guest accounts
Completion of Annual Account Reviews for all top tier guests
Schedule, organize, and host monthly site appreciation events at our company owned Cardlock sites
Delivery of cards, maps, and misc. items per guest requests
After hours on call responsibilities to include response time under two hours
Review and management of Comparative Report for gallon fluctuation on all managed accounts
Successfully communicate received customer requests to Customer Service using online portals while staying within Customer Services processes
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote and support company image standards
Cross train and/or act as back up for other positions in the department
Adheres to all city, county, state and federal regulations
Stay familiar with the Company Handbook and Company Policies
Communicate effectively with team members in other departments to resolve problems and provide information as needed
Work in a safe manner at all times and report all accidents immediately
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Proven account management or other relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-Level
Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on customer needs
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
2-3 years of outside B2B Account Management. Other education/experience may be considered as a substitute.
