Why you want to intern with our Growth Operations team:

Our Growth Operations team plays a pivotal role in enhancing the productivity of our sales teams worldwide. We run the sales onboarding and talent development programs and maintain the key systems and processes that increase seller efficiency. We are committed to delivering work that is creative, detail-oriented, and easily digestible for our reps.

As a Commercial Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that increase the productivity of our global Commercial Team. You will assist in managing onboarding programs for new team members, implementing technology solutions to enhance our go-to-market efforts, and planning annual training events. This internship offers remote/work-from-home opportunities and reports directly to the Director, Growth Operations.

What you will be doing:

  • Assisting in the coordination of Go-to-Market strategies with Product, Sales Leadership, and Marketing teams.
  • Helping to facilitate learning related to our technology, suite of product offerings, and client and industry information.
  • Assisting in the execution, evaluation, and enhancement of role-specific onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Helping to coordinate ongoing learning opportunities for existing sales professionals.
  • Supporting the measurement and monitoring of the effectiveness of all sales enablement efforts, and consistently reporting results and progress.
  • Assisting in analyzing the performance of the existing sales force to develop additional training and resources.
  • Helping to manage the content repository of sales assets and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assisting in the implementation and administration of sales enablement technology solutions.
  • Participating in special projects as assigned.

What you bring to the table:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • An enthusiastic self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office and web-based systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.
  • Willingness to learn new technology platforms like SalesForce.com, LMS, and CMS.
  • A plus if you have multi-media skills or e-learning development skills.

  • This job does not require travel domestically or internationally,
  • This is a temporary position.
  • Relocation will not be considered for this position.
