    About the Position

    As Commercial Lead for France, you will be responsible for establishing and further developing our commercial activities in the French market. The role combines business development, sales, customer relationship management, and the coordination of onboarding processes in a highly entrepreneurial environment. You will drive our growth in France, build long-term relationships with radiologists, imaging centers, hospitals, and other relevant stakeholders in the healthcare sector, and help establish our company as a trusted partner in the French healthcare market.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Oversee the commercial development of our business in France.

    • Identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with hospitals, imaging centers, and radiology groups.

    • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with radiologists, healthcare providers, and industry thought leaders.

    • Managing the entire sales process—from prospecting to contract signing.

    • Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and coordinating implementation with internal teams.

    • Supporting existing clients and identifying further growth and expansion opportunities.

    • Representing the company at trade events, conferences, and client meetings.

    Your Profile

    • At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles within the healthcare, medtech, health IT, SaaS, or software sectors.

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building new client relationships.

    • Experience in sales to hospitals, imaging centers, radiology groups, or comparable healthcare facilities, including complex procurement and decision-making processes.

    • Experience managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and stakeholder management to negotiation and closing deals.

    • Experience in radiology, medical imaging, imaging IT, AI in healthcare, or an established network within the French radiology ecosystem.

    • Native-level French and very good English skills.

    • An entrepreneurial mindset, a high degree of initiative, and the ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment.

    • Strong communication and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate successfully with various stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
