    • Portfolio Management and Support: Manage a portfolio of franchisees, serving as the primary point of contact for support, questions, and guidance regarding FVC products.

    • Franchisee Relations: Build and maintain close relationships with the franchisees in your portfolio, understanding their day-to-day needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

    • Performance Analysis: Monitor performance data and usage of FVC products within your portfolio, identifying areas of concern and opportunities for improvement to report to your manager.

    • Strategy Execution: Support the implementation of strategies defined by leadership to maximize franchisees’ results, ensuring they understand and apply best practices.

    • Monitoring and Reporting: Closely monitor your portfolio’s progress indicators (KPIs) against targets and prepare clear reports for follow-up.

    • Expansion Support: Assist with the adoption and expansion of FVC products within your portfolio, presenting the benefits and helping with the process.

    • Adhering to Quality Processes: Apply standardized customer service and management processes, ensuring efficient, high-quality service for the network.

    • Feedback Channel: Serve as the franchisee’s primary point of contact, collecting feedback, questions, and suggestions, and directing them appropriately to the responsible departments within the company.

    • Internal Collaboration: Interact with support departments and other internal teams to ensure the prompt resolution of franchisees’ requests.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields;

    • Ability to read and interpret data using SQL, Looker, and Tableau.

    • Knowledge of Google Sheets tools (spreadsheets, presentations).

    • Experience in creating and presenting executive materials.

    • Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools (NotebookLM, Gemini, etc.)

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and take the initiative to solve day-to-day problems.

    • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and empathetically, both verbally and in writing.

    • Ability to analyze performance data, identify basic patterns, and assist in problem-solving.

    • A clear focus on helping clients succeed and achieve their defined goals and KPIs.

    • Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with franchisees and teammates.

    • Interest in continuously learning about our products, processes, and the franchisee’s business.

    • Flexibility to adapt to changes in processes and daily demands while maintaining focus and the quality of service.

    • Flexibility for occasional travel, visits to franchisees, team meetings, and planning sessions.
