Job Description

This role is based in California and will require travel within the state.

PPL supports individuals with disabilities, chronic illnesses, and aging adults to remain in their homes and communities and “self-direct” their own services. We are appointed or approved by states, managed healthcare organizations, or case management agencies, like the Regional Centers, to better serve more of their members and participants requiring services and supports and ensure the efficient use of taxpayer funded services and program funds. This role specifically works with participants and stakeholders in the Self-Determination Program and other self-directed programs and the Regional Centers.

Our culture attracts and rewards people who are results-oriented and strive to exceed customer expectations. We desire motivated candidates who are excited to join our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and who want to make a difference in helping transform the lives of the people we serve (learn more at https://pplfirst.com/programs/california/ca-sdp/).
