About the Role:

A compensation analyst plays an integral role at Tubi. The compensation analyst is responsible for assessing and setting competitive compensation rates within the organization to retain and attract top talent. The intern will analyze and compare data against industry standards using market data. This analysis helps shape the pay scales and structures that are fair in relation to both the internal hierarchy and external benchmarks.

What You'll Do:

  • Participate in the compensation survey process; compile and submit data to multiple vendors, and ensure market match validations are accurate
  • Perform market reviews and propose thoughtful, data-driven solutions to issues through data analysis and external benchmarking
  • Conduct necessary ad hoc compensation-related analysis
  • Perform other job-related duties as needed or requested
  • Assist with data cleanup and then create and execute a documented program of regular audit activities
  • Assist in the annual merit, performance, short-term incentive, and long-term incentive processes
  • Perform year-end activities, including compensation audits

Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data
  • Extremely strong quantitative skills and a track record for planning, delivering, and auditing work
  • Highly collaborative and consultative approach to business partnership
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google suite

Program Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a graduate degree during the length of the program
  • Current class standing of sophomore (second-year college student) or above
  • Strong academic record (minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA)
  • Committed and available to work for the entire length of the program

About the Program:

  • Application Deadline: April 19, 2024
  • Program Timeline: 10-week placement, the option to begin on 6/3 or 6/17
  • Weekly Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (5 days)

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with the final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location, is listed per hour below.

California, Colorado, New York City, Westchester County, NY, and Washington$40—$40 USD
