Computer and Information Systems Manager/Team Lead

Introduction:

We are looking for a seasoned Computer and Information Systems Manager/Team Lead with deep expertise in developing and managing complex SharePoint applications, both 2016 and Online versions, as well as other platforms like ServiceNow and Drupal CMS. This role involves leading a dynamic team, defining functional requirements, and ensuring the successful transition of systems to modern platforms like Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-level expertise in the development of complex SharePoint applications and other platforms as necessary.

Define functional requirements based on business needs and ensure they are met.

Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation and support materials.

Provide reliable user support and resolve technical issues.

Manage project planning, including the preparation of detailed project plans, and the delivery of weekly and monthly status reports.

Direct the completion of project tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints.

Perform a variety of complex tasks and provide consultation on complex projects as a top-level specialist.

Lead a team in transitioning from on-premise or cloud-based SharePoint environments to Microsoft 365 or other software platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant discipline.

Minimum 6 years of experience in SharePoint management.

At least 3 years of experience in an agile software development environment.

Demonstrated leadership experience, specifically in guiding teams through significant technological transitions, such as moving to Microsoft 365.
