Requirements
1-3 years of hands -on consulting experience with the UKG Ready HR/Benefits
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation)
Familiarity with data conversion software including EasyMorph, Able2Extract, Middleware
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
UKG Ready certification
Prior implementation or consulting experience Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards
