Project Management Consultant

We are looking for a Project Management Consultant

En VIVO Global Services is looking for professionals from Mexico and Peru to collaborate on Procurement transformation projects and the implementation of cloud-based technology solutions.

What will you do?

• Plan and coordinate projects, including scope, deliverables, stages and key dates.
• Coordinate business, technology and vendor teams.
• Monitor progress, risks, changes and budget.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain records of agreements, deliverables and service hours.
• Support project closure and the orderly handover of documentation.

What profile are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience leading technology projects, process transformation projects or consulting engagements.
• Experience in Procurement, Sourcing or enterprise cloud solution projects.
• Professional training in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
• Ability to coordinate diverse teams and communicate clearly.
• Proficiency with planning and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira or similar.

Experience with SAP Ariba or equivalent solutions, certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master, and participation in international projects will be valued. For projects that require it, fluency in Spanish and English will be necessary.

Engagement type: independent professional services on a fee basis, with payment for hours actually worked and validated. Scope, dedication and work arrangement will be agreed for each project.
