The Opportunity

As a Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in developing educational content that captivates and transforms learning for teachers and students. Your expert knowledge in History will ensure that all content is not only useful but also tailored to the specific needs of our learners.

What you'll do

  • Work closely with our Content and Design teams to create high-quality visual designs for online courses spanning video, imagery and written content.
  • Take a complex concept and communicate it simply, with engaging visuals and content, while making sure it helps our students learn.
  • Create high-quality work efficiently that delights our customers, meets company objectives and reinforces our brand.
  • Design with systems and scalability in mind, where graphic elements, illustrations and layout templates can be re-used and built to scale.
  • Contribute to the culture of the Visual Content Design team through feedback, guidance, training support, workshops and knowledge sharing.

What you'll bring to the role

  • Possess a high level of skill, deep knowledge, and expertise in secondary education History.
  • Strong understanding of effective content delivery principles.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • A genuine passion for education and instructional design.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in utilising project management tools or similar software.
  • Previous in-classroom teaching or tutoring experience is desirable.
  • Experience in learning theories, pedagogy and instructional design methodologies is desirable but not required. Training is provided.
