Email Marketing
Assist with formatting and preparing email newsletters
Upload email campaigns into the email marketing platform
Support the design and placement of newsletter banners and visuals
Assist with email signature updates
Marketing & Campaign Coordination
Support preparation for marketing campaigns and launches
Coordinate assets and materials needed for campaigns
Assist with tracking basic campaign performance metrics
Social Media Collaboration
Work closely with the Social Media Manager and team
Assist in preparing content for social media campaigns
Help schedule posts when needed
Support social media activities related to campaign launches
Internal & External Events
Assist with communications for internal team events (birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations)
Support announcements for external events and community initiatives
Help prepare visuals or content needed for event promotions
Community & Engagement Support
Assist with Facebook group activities and community posts
Monitor engagement and help organize community campaigns
