We are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to support our busy property team in New Zealand, with a salary of PHP 90,000 to PHP 110,000 per month.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a conveyancing or property law environment, preferably within New Zealand
Solid working knowledge of the New Zealand conveyancing process, including LINZ dealings and e-dealing platforms
Experience with AML/CFT compliance procedures
