About the role

Coordinator Student Experience Online

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the operation of the student experience initiatives of the Online Campus, including institutional events, community activities and communication actions directed at students. Your work will contribute to strengthening participation, satisfaction and sense of belonging of the online student community, in alignment with UNITEC's institutional objectives.

Your main challenges.

Coordinate the planning and execution of virtual and in-person institutional events, ensuring their correct operation and the experience of participating individuals.

Supervise student experience initiatives, monitoring activities, schedules and involved teams.

Coordinate communication with the student community and alumni through digital channels and platforms, promoting their participation.

Monitor indicators such as NPS, CSAT, attendance, engagement and satisfaction, identifying areas of opportunity.

Prepare results reports with information on participation, satisfaction and compliance with operational SLAs.

Coordinate follow-up with internal areas, suppliers and institutional partners to ensure compliance with agreements and requirements.

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Administration, Psychology, Tourism, Event Organization or related areas.

• Experience in event coordination and operation, student experience, customer/user experience or community management.

• Experience in project tracking, suppliers and schedules.

• Proficiency in Excel and digital tools for analysis and information tracking.

• Knowledge in NPS, CSAT and experience indicators.

Deseables:

• Experience in educational, institutional or corporate events.

• Knowledge of Customer Experience, student experience and digital communication.

• Basic Power BI proficiency.

• Key competencies: organization, assertive communication, information analysis, results orientation, creativity, teamwork and service orientation.
