We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation and Corporate Applications Specialist to drive the optimization and transformation of our corporate applications. The successful candidate will bring expertise in managing and enhancing HR systems (including Workday), Learning Management Systems, Corporate Compliance platforms, and other enterprise solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders across multiple domains, leading the design of solutions that align with strategic objectives and tracking the execution of digital programs.

Key Accountabilities

Corporate Application Management:

  • Oversee the administration, optimization, and integration of key corporate applications, including but not limited to HR platforms (Workday), Learning Management Systems, and Corporate Compliance tools.

  • Ensure the seamless operation of these systems and drive enhancements based on business needs and industry best practices.

  • Experience in large Corporate application implementation/rollouts ( especially Workday is a must) along with the ability to lead multiple corporate applications.

Digital Transformation Leadership:

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across various business domains, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategise, define the corporate application roadmap, design and lead implementation of scalable digital solutions that enhance efficiency and support organizational growth.

Business Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and regular updates with stakeholders to drive consensus and maintain momentum on projects.

Solution Design & Implementation:

  • Lead the end-to-end solution design process, ensuring that systems are configured and integrated to meet business requirements.

  • Work with technical teams to deliver robust and secure solutions that enhance business performance.

Program Management & Tracking:

  • Oversee the planning, tracking, and reporting of multiple digital programs and projects across various business domains.

  • Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and change management processes to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of corporate applications and digital initiatives, identifying areas for continuous improvement.

  • Drive the adoption of new features, updates, and best practices within the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience (12-15+ years) with the implementation of enterprise HR systems, such as Workday, and other corporate applications like Learning Management Systems and Compliance platforms.

  • Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and experience leading large-scale digital initiatives across multiple business domains.

  • Demonstrated experience in business stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and solution design.

  • Solid program management skills with experience in tracking multiple projects, managing resources, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience with TOGAF, SAFE and similar frameworks is a plus.
