We're seeking a talented Corporate Compliance Executive to join our team in the UK remotely. In this role, you'll play a vital part in managing administrative and regulatory tasks related to company secretarial services. From coordinating new company incorporations to PAYE registrations, your expertise will ensure compliance and efficiency in our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for web filing for all limited company amendments with UK Companies House.
  • Champion compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.
  • Take charge of filing dormant accounts promptly, ensuring adherence to regulatory deadlines.
  • Preparation and filing of confirmation statements, demonstrating precision and attention to detail.
  • Navigate VAT registrations for new entities, liaising with HMRC for timely submissions.
  • Expertly handle PAYE registrations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for email and telephone correspondence on company secretarial matters.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in company secretarial services administration, ideally within the UK market.
  • Knowledge of UK Company Law advantageous, especially AML and KYC.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications; familiarity with AML/KYC or related software is advantageous
  • Availability to start working within a month is advantageous

Working Conditions:

  • This role requires working UK office hours between 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
  • This is a fully remote role
