This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your finance expertise in shaping the next generation of AI systems. As a Corporate Finance Expert, you will contribute to the development of high-quality, real-world input that influences how AI models learn, reason, and perform.
Design technically demanding finance prompts and tasks that reflect the complexities of investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance.
Develop gold-standard solutions in Excel and PowerPoint to establish objective benchmarks for AI model evaluation.
Create and refine clear grading rubrics for assessing AI outputs on transaction and modeling exercises.
Construct, modify, and review advanced financial models, including 3-statement, valuation, LBO, M&A, and sensitivity analyses.
Produce transaction analyses and investment materials with a client-ready, production-grade level of detail.
Develop and adapt professional templates, decks, and supporting materials commonly used across investment banking, private equity, and corporate development.
Ensure all deliverables are precise, unambiguous, and uphold industry standards.
Hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis.
Advanced Excel proficiency, including scenario analysis and model integrity checks.
Expertise in creating polished, professional PowerPoint presentations and investment decks.
Strong familiarity with standard investment banking, private equity, and corporate development templates and processes.
Proven track record of working on live deals, investments, or transaction execution.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity.
Ability to independently produce client-grade financial materials under tight timelines.
Experience evaluating or testing AI models, or developing technical prompts and assessments.
Exposure to multiple finance domains, such as investment banking, private equity, consulting, and corporate development.
Prior work creating training data or technical assessments for advanced technology initiatives.
