Your mission
We are seeking a skilled Cosmos Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is at the heart of our mission to drive the development of composable, interoperable DeFi applications. As a Cosmos Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, high-performance blockchain solutions based on the Cosmos SDK. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing the scalability and efficiency of our platforms, enabling seamless integration across diverse blockchain networks.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize blockchain protocols and smart contracts on the Cosmos network.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that enhance the composability and interoperability of DeFi applications.
Contribute to the architecture and development of the Composable Finance ecosystem, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Stay abreast of the latest blockchain technologies and trends, applying innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Profound understanding of blockchain technology and principles of decentralization.
Expertise in Cosmos SDK, Tendermint Core, and related technologies.
Proficient in Golang, with solid experience in developing high-performance applications.
Experience with smart contract development and blockchain protocols.
Familiarity with DeFi and the concept of composability in finance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Desirable Skills
Experience with Rust or Solidity is a plus.
Previous work on cross-chain interoperability solutions.
