  • Become the main point of contact for Brazil partners by understanding and addressing their needs and goals, supporting them to drive business growth, and ensuring partner satisfaction.
  • Manage the partner ecosystem by evaluating their health, maturity, and acquisition/revenue goal achievement to identify the most prominent opportunities.
  • Roll out localized business procedures and initiatives, such as sales guides and best practices, sales enablement training, and pipeline management standard implementation.
  • Plan initiatives to align and engage with key partners and stakeholders across the territory.
  • Manage and report on performance metrics, constantly analyzing data and finding opportunities for improvement.
  • Represent Teramind at local business and industry events.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date partner information and communications documented in the CRM.
  • Co-lead business plans and support our partners daily, ensuring they achieve success through shared performance metrics and goals.
  • Collaborate with Teramind’s internal stakeholders to identify business growth opportunities, solve technical issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and planning meetings with top and emerging resellers in the assigned region.

Requirements
