We are seeking a talented and versatile Creative Specialist to join our fast-growing team and play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity. You’ll be responsible for creating impactful visuals and multimedia content that align with our marketing strategies and resonate with our audience.

As a Creative Specialist, you will work closely with the Growth Marketing team and collaborate with developers to produce high-quality digital ads, videos, and landing pages. You’ll also ensure that all creative assets align with our brand guidelines, providing a consistent look and feel across various platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative individual looking to make a mark in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design eye-catching digital ads for social media, display networks, and email campaigns.
  • Produce and edit short-form video content for ads, social media, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to design and optimize landing pages for improved user experience and conversions.
  • Create custom visuals and infographics for blogs and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain consistency in design and brand messaging across all channels.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and branding strategies.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Experience: 3+ years in graphic design, creative production, or a similar role.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and Figma.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing digital ad creation, graphic design, and landing page design.
  • Video Skills: Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong creative abilities with a focus on delivering visually appealing content.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Web Development Skills: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page customization.
  • Optimization Skills: Experience with A/B testing and optimizing creative assets.
  • UX/UI Knowledge: Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
  • Startup/Agency Experience: Previous experience working in fast-paced environments, marketing agencies, or startups.
  • Marketing Insight: Knowledge of marketing funnels, user journeys, and conversion rate optimization.
