We are seeking a talented and versatile Creative Specialist to join our fast-growing team and play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity. You’ll be responsible for creating impactful visuals and multimedia content that align with our marketing strategies and resonate with our audience.
As a Creative Specialist, you will work closely with the Growth Marketing team and collaborate with developers to produce high-quality digital ads, videos, and landing pages. You’ll also ensure that all creative assets align with our brand guidelines, providing a consistent look and feel across various platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching digital ads for social media, display networks, and email campaigns.
- Produce and edit short-form video content for ads, social media, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to design and optimize landing pages for improved user experience and conversions.
- Create custom visuals and infographics for blogs and other marketing materials.
- Maintain consistency in design and brand messaging across all channels.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and branding strategies.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Experience: 3+ years in graphic design, creative production, or a similar role.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and Figma.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing digital ad creation, graphic design, and landing page design.
- Video Skills: Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong creative abilities with a focus on delivering visually appealing content.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Web Development Skills: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page customization.
- Optimization Skills: Experience with A/B testing and optimizing creative assets.
- UX/UI Knowledge: Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Startup/Agency Experience: Previous experience working in fast-paced environments, marketing agencies, or startups.
- Marketing Insight: Knowledge of marketing funnels, user journeys, and conversion rate optimization.
