Position title: Creator Agency Intern

*6 month contract opportunity

About the role

The Influencer Platform is looking to hire an intern to aid in sourcing new creators for our Creator Agency Partnerships team.

This full time (40 hour) internship will be responsible for supporting the Creator Agency Partnerships team who is focused on bringing LTK opportunities to new creators. The role will include identifying and sourcing high profile creators across all social platforms. Candidate will work with manager to identify areas of opportunity and use internal and external platforms and databases to create, maintain and edit creator lists. This role will support the team with special projects, casting, virtual events and content creation.

The candidate will be introduced to LTK and receive training on all sourcing tools and platforms

How you will make an impact

• Research new creators & analyze their content
• Cross reference creators to existing database
• Populate list of new creator contacts & information
• Help with HubSpot CRM pitch inputting
• Assist our agency and brand teams in creator casting for collaborations
• Support team on special projects
• Assist with virtual events
• Create educational LTK content
• Attend team training sessions and meetings
• Be accountable for your work
• Make recommendations for improvements
• Demonstrate passion for creator connections

Interns will report directly to the Director, Creator Growth on the Creator Agency Partnerships team.

What you will bring to LTK

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the creator world, sense of curiosity, and willingness to learn more about social media and creator marketing. The candidate is also expected to possess the ability to inject subjectivity into their thought process and be able to recognize their own biases. Preferred self-starter & drive to bring in quick, fast, and minimal edit work.
