As part of our CRM strategy development, we are looking for a Freelance CRM Email Design Specialist. This role is entirely focused on creative performance.
👉 This is a freelance position, with flexible remote work (Barcelona-based candidates are a plus).
Analyze the creative performance of our email campaigns and Klaviyo flows (open rate, click rate, placed order rate).
Design and execute A/B tests on visuals, layouts, CTAs, and email structures.
Create and optimize responsive email templates for campaigns and automated flows.
Translate performance data into concrete, actionable creative recommendations.
Collaborate with the CRM team to align creative with the segmentation strategy.
Ensure visual consistency across 20+ markets and multiple languages.
Must-have:
Experience in performance-oriented email design.
Proficiency in Figma, Klaviyo or equivalent ESP.
Experience in creative A/B Testing (subject lines, layout, visual, and CTA testing).
Ability to read and interpret email performance metrics (OR, CTR, conversion).
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email integration.
Availability of 10-20 hours per week
Nice-to-have:
Experience in B2B or B2C multi-market e-commerce.
Knowledge of email deliverability constraints.
Experience with AI design tools (Canva, Midjourney...).
