What you’ll be doingAs CRM Executive - Loyalty, you will work alongside the CRM Manager to plan and execute CRM communications to our most loyal customers and members of our Plus subscription across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities include
- Support the planning and own the execution of the cross channel monthly communications plan working closely with various stakeholders including commercial, creative, brand and CRM Newsletter specialists.
- Support the planning and own the execution of new communication touchpoints that drive repeat orders across multiple markets.
- Build and champion email best practice and new platform features including targeting, personalisation and template developments.
- Develop our testing plan to ensure we continuously optimise our communication touchpoints, including planning, briefing and reporting on any new tests.
- Reporting on performance of campaigns and sharing results with relevant stakeholders.
The ideal candidate
- Has some working experience and execution of CRM campaigns
- Confident building email templates (may have some design or HTML experience).
- Enjoy working with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytically minded, always seeking new opportunities and spotting trends in data and results.
- Passion for CRM and customer loyalty.
