Tasks

• Finding growth opportunities
• Developing a strategy closely tied to metrics
• Managing the tech stack together with marketing and the development team
• Independently setting up and launching newsletters and trigger sequences
• Analyzing results and developing the direction

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM marketing;
• Successful cases with clear results;
• Data-driven approach, working by metrics, lean approach;
• Preferred fields: edtech, real estate, travel, B2B - high-value deals, long cycles, multiple interactions before a deal;
• Experience with WA, email, mobile push notifications;
• Experience working with platforms like HubSpot, Klavio, ActiveCampaign, Customer.io, and similar in small-sized companies;
• High work pace, independence;
• English language proficiency of at least B2 level.
