Chobani’s Customer Business Managers drive and lead sales activities for Chobani customers in their assigned geographical areas. This role owns the analysis of customer sales and implementation of effective marketing and promotional programs that drive strong customer partnerships while leading broker relationships to support the excellent sales execution of the Chobani brand.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of business objectives through distribution, volume, share, promotion execution, new items and spending objectives
  • Identify and define specific strategic business objectives to increase sales, share growth and improved profitability for the Chobani portfolio
  • Be responsible for the execution and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives
  • Deliver profitable territory sales growth and monitor customer performance in order to develop action plans to address challenges and increase opportunities
  • Develop Chobani brand portfolios in line with distribution, pricing, merchandising and shelving objectives established for each platform
  • Lead communications and meetings with customers and brokers to ensure high quality customer service
  • Develop and maintain a customer base of limited format distributors and retailers.
  • Use customer sales data and category management studies to provide fact-based analysis and deliver business building initiatives
  • Perform other duties as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years sales experience in the CPG industry
  • Experience using syndicated demographic/sales data in sales presentations
  • Wholesale customer experience preferred
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and creative with a history of sales growth
  • Strong and validated leadership skills with cross-functional exposure / experience
  • Must be comfortable working with syndicated data
  • Track record of being highly customer focused, building and maintaining excellent relationships
  • Highly organized with the ability to lead multiple projects against deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
  • Willingness to travel
  • Major markets include Northeast and the Northwest

Compensation Range: $85,600.00 - $128,400.00, plus bonus.
