The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to support our customers across email , chat, and social channels. You’ll help solve issues, process orders and returns, and ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally via Gorgias
Process returns, refunds, and order amendments in Shopify/Loop
Escalate issues when needed and keep clear ticket notes
Participate in team training, QA, and meetings
Meet daily productivity and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years eCommerce customer service experience
Strong written English and professional communication
Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, Loop (or similar)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at time management
Bonus Points
Experience with multi-channel support or returns platforms
Hours / Location
Full-time (5 days/week) including occasional weekends, Sydney hours (AEST). Fully remote.
