    What It’s Like to Be a Customer Service Representative

    Ensure a positive, clear, and effective experience for customers by acting as a bridge between the customer and the company, with a focus on hospitality, efficiency, quality of information, and resolving customer requests.

    In Your Day-to-Day Work, You Will

    • Provide customer service through various channels (chat, phone, email)

    • Record and follow up on requests, complaints, questions, and appointments;

    • Work to resolve issues, seeking solutions within established processes;

    • Escalate requests to the appropriate departments when necessary, following up until resolution;

    • Meet deadlines, quality targets, productivity goals, and departmental metrics;

    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

    What We Expect From You

    • High school diploma;

    • Good communication skills;

    • Commitment, responsibility, and dedication;

    • Energy, proactivity, and a positive attitude in daily work;

    • Ability to work well in a team and interact effectively with others;

    Work Schedule

    • Work from home on a 5x2 rotation, with alternating days off. The work schedule is not fixed from Monday to Friday and may include work on some weekends, depending on the rotation. Working hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
