A Customer Service Representative is confident in engaging with customers and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role involves offering professional, polite, and friendly support to customers while working closely with internal teams to address and resolve concerns. Schedules will be defined by the customer as well as days off.

Requirements:
- +6 months of experience in customer service (focused on travel and hospitality)
· Advanced English level
· Proficient computer skills
- High communication skills, written and verbal
· People skills
· Decision-making skills
· Outstanding organizational skills
Responsibilities:
· Communicate with customers
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our service, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
· Data entry
· 90% - 100% English level
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
